DEVELOPMENT CAPACITY ANALYSIS for areas and plots
This document is extremely important for future developers or customers wishing to buy land for investment as well as people who want to sell a plot of land for a maximum favorable terms. Analysis helps to determine what rate of return can bring the purchase of the plot and thus the maximum number you can earn on this investment (helping to estimate the cost of construction).
Commissioned further simplified architectural concept, eg. in the case of the sale of land, it can be extremely important bargaining chip in negotiations with the future client – who exactly sees what specifically can stand on his property in the future – commercial visualizations.
ANALYSIS consists of:
• analyze the possibility of land

The investor is obliged by the start of work submitted by the Contractors:
– the exact address of investments
– the number of parcels / plots and its precinct
– surface plot (with a notarial deed or extract from the land registry)
– information about the current status of the plot – construction, agriculture, forestry, etc.
– map essential resource mapping for design purposes or if any has already been drawn up (in another case, the analysis will be based on the data available on the internet – eg. Geoportal
– information on applicable to the plot: Conditions for Construction (and its delivery) Local Development Plan the possible absence of such guidelines
