• arrangements Sanepid, BHP, fire protection, labor inspection – according to Polish law

• adaptation of the projects to the requirements of the plot and land development
• projects division of real estate: plots, lands and buildings (self-isolate residential and commercial)
• adaptation works and the reconstruction and expansion of residential buildings (eg. attics) and use changes
• obtaining a building permission
• conducting author’s supervision and investor
• coordination of construction work
• application for permission to use the facilities and the legalization of illegal construction
